megane turbo engine into clio 197 - is it possible?

Was wondering if anyone had done this? Most articles on the clio that I have read suggest its
a bit lacking in shove, so could this be a solution?

Better solution would be to put it on a diet

Dunno if the lump out of the Megane will fit, probably not. Hav'nt heard of it being done yet. Someone will probably offer a turbo kit for the 197 eventually. Problem with a turbo engine is you lose the appetite for revs and screaming top end which is part of the charm of RS Clios'.

the engine in the megane is the same as the one in the clio but with lower compression and a turbo bolted on.

There is a bit more to it than that but essentially thats what they have done
