Advice needed for throttle bodies on 306 S16

HI, as title really, was looking into throttle bodies last year for my last s16 but then sold it on, now i have another one i am wanting to do fit throttle bodies over the summer.
However, information on this is rather patchy and sometimes contradictary at times, I want to go the bike setup route, using bodies from perhaps an R1 or GSXR1000?? Then for engine management go down the megasquirt route?
Anyone have any information on anything at all so i can start building up some sort of to do and parts list would be great, also any advice or even if anyone would suggest using other setups id greatly appreciate the input! The more information i can get, the easier it will make my summer! thanks.

OMEX management seems to be favoured by the 205 and GTi-6 guys I know who have done it, i'm can't offer any other information though i'm afraid. Have you tried asking on www.306gti6.com?
