Hi, i have another problem with my 04 plate clio 172. The past couple of nights have been,according to the outside temperature gauge around the 0 level but i still cannot get any hot air out of the climate control set to max, it has got so cold that my fingers became number and tingly, the dealer has dismissed anything was wrong as when they ran a diagnostic to find out why my warning light were on nothing showed up, but only cold air comes out. What could possibly wrong with it?

I have found that it is either very hot, or very cold but looking further has led me to discover the sensor for the cc, located in the internal light cover was not even plugged in. I have complained to the dealer that i should not have to fix my new car but they have agreed to give the system a once over to see of any other problems as it now seems to work.
