2003 Megane service light

Hi, just a quickie. Is there a way of reseting the service 'spanner' on a 2003 Renault Megane 1.4 without the use of software? The car has been serviced but it was never reset.

dunno about turning it off without softwere but katec sell a code reader that resets all service lights and is also a fault reader so good tool to have for 35 qwid. find it here http://www.k-tecracing.com/catalogue.asp hope tha helps
