I'm getting some polycarbonate windows for my 205 GTi track car but need some seals for the rear windows as the rear opening quartes will be got rid of and just have sealed shut rear windows. No scarp yards have any bog standard 3 door 205's in, just 5 door's and GTis. Any ideas on where to get some seals from, new or used?

Thanks for that guys, I've been quoted £39 a pair from my local dealer, will only take a couple of days delivery too. Amazing how rare these cars are in breakers now, must have rang 10-12 breakers and only 3 had 205's in and they were all GTis

I have a pair or window rubbers from a K plate diesel which I'm breaking.
I'm down in North Kent. You can have them for £20 inc postage.
PM thro my profile if interested

Rich have spoken to mate about polycarb windows. He`s been in hospital having op so that`s why he`s not been in touch. Will try see him this week.
Just got a new customer.Turns out he`s the parts manager at peugoet in Warrington. He says he can sort out decent prices for parts.

Cool, thanks Paul. Was going to hold off for a while as I've got another project: I'm picking up a BX GTi on Friday and will be ripping the engine out of that shortly and scrapping the rest of the car. I would like to get in touch with Martin if you can drop me his contact details to see if he can breath his magic on this engine ready to drop it in the pug over next winter. Not in any rush really for the windows, would like them in for next spring and the start of the new season.

The window rubbers shrink over time and then don't seal proper.
Pretty pointless buying second-hand ones to be honest - unless you're handy with a sealant gun.
