Saxo Diesel not pulling away.

Basically from a stand still you give it some welly but as you drop the clutch it cuts out, same in reverse or first. If you floor it, it will just about pull away but keeps cutting out and jerking but eventually cuts out, feels like fuel starvation
Revs fine in neutral red line etc.

Its had the immobiliser ECU removed from the back of the pump.
Also dropped the fuel filter off gave it a rinse and refitted it.
Removed air intake in case of blockages.

Any ideas? has the injection pump had it?

Fixed, broken wire in the loom above the alternator that goes across to a little black box mounted next to the rad.
