Crunch as i go into 3dr gear.

After going out the other night for a quick rip down a back lane in my 1988 205, 3dr has started crunching as it go's into 3rd, is there anything that it may be other than the cycrows?

Might be worth wacking some new oil in it - if it hasn't had any recently.

Yep, quite likely to be the clutch cable adjustment
