Any advice on the best springs to use?

Looking to lower front 30mm maybe less at the rear but keeping the amazing handling.

Eibach probably your best bet, progressive springs so won't ruin the ride. Ask on cliosport.net.

LOL if you ask over cliosport.net you'll get one answer and one answer only; H&R coilovers..... (mostly0 a big thread has unravelled talking about track/fast road suspension. Take a look but dont expect alot of varriantion in answer.

(Looked to link it but cant find the thread :S)

Not true at all.

You'll get plenty of different views on whats best. FWIW H&R are probably the best coilovers for strictly road use (but we're not talking about coilovers right now)

Carefull which springs you go for if your looking for a noticable drop. A friend fitted Eibachs to his Cup (can't remember which type of spring, sorry) and it hardly changed the ride height at all, particularly on the rear. This may be because it was stripped out and lighter than normal, and/or the spings are designed to lower the standard model x mm and the Cup is lower to start off with.

Yeah, but he asked about springs tongue out. Had eibach sports on my 182, small but noticable drop, but gave the handling a more serious edge, less roll, less dive on braking.
