I have a '99 306 which has an indicator fault. When I'm not making any indication, the 'tick tocking' will occur intermittently, but at high speed, almost as if there is a faulty connection. When this happens the green indicator arrows on the dash board don't light up, so I assume that the indicators themselves aren't flashing. When actually indicating all is well.

Has anyone any ideas what could be done to remedy this fault? Is it the flasher unit that emits the tick tock noise? If so I might try simply replacing it.

Any help gratefully received.

It's funny you should say.... since yesterday morning the fault has disappeared. I expect it'll continue to come and go, but we'll see. Thanks anyway.

Hi
My wifey had that on her 306, but the green dashboard AND the car indicators DID flash.
The dealer replaced the indicator stalk assembly complete.
It fix it .
