The Hdi90 and Hdi110 are the same block/ecu/fuel pump/turbo/gearbox
The main difference is the 110 has an intercooler, and the ecu has a boost sensor attachment, along with electronic wastegate control...
This means boost detection and control are much more effective on the 110, meaning faster and smoother turbo response (pretty marginal but still better), more torque and power.
Personally I'd get the Hdi110 any day of the week. The standard 90 in the 306 is pretty dull so in a 307 it will be erring on painful. The 110 will be much nicer and probably more efficient due to less revving!
Both remap, the 90 > 120bhp and 200lbft, the 110 > 140bhp and around 230lbft...
