They've gone up in price enormously in the last 5 years. The French buy them at exorbitant prices. I'll be interested to hear the price for theat white one... I guess at say £40,000?
rupert he wants 68,000 euros he has sent me some photos and it is immaculate unfortunately it is too much for me.
Have a mate in Torquay who has just paid close on £25K for one in need of full refurb
Here's one at 38k euros

Hi,
What's you budget (bear in mind they don't come cheap anymore......ok they were never cheap but they are only expensive now)?
And are you interested in a project or must it be an A1 car already etc?
To be honest, if it wasn't the car of my dreams I'd sell it and buy an Elan sprint or a europa, which are very comparable and a lot cheaper... and use the spare cash for other car projects.
Cheers

andy i havent really thought of a budget to be honest, i am not a tinkerer so it would have to be in good nick.i have never driven one so i dont know what to expect and reliability would be nice.i can remember seeing one in bristol about twenty years ago and thinking what a cracking car it was. gary
ps i also like the 5 turbo the original one as i used to have a gordini which was great fun.

Where? Where? This thread is useless without info.
V-GOM,
If you tell me what an Alpine GTA is like to live with, then I'll tell you where the A110 is for sale.
I only found out about the A110 because I was searching for info on GTA's and stumbled across it.
I have been offered a non turbo 501 for £3500 and I am tempted.
Now I have seen it though, I have to tell you the A110 looks seriously tempting
There has to be a finders fee/reward in it don't you know

OK, you've twisted my arm, with all that talk of beer.
(I will be really embarrassed now if you were all aware of this before, and thirsty!)
Have a look at www.brightwells.co.uk
It is an auction house that specialises mainly in 4 x 4's, but twice a year they have a classic car auction.
Goto the "Classic Car's" section, and then click "catalogue", and there you will find her.
The auction is next Wednesday, it's done really well, it's not like a BCA auction, more like a furniture auction, there are some great cars there, and I for one will be definately going, but not to buy the A110 unfortunately, just to kick tyres.
I hope someone on PH gets it.
