Spent about 5 hours today cleaning and polishing the living daylights out of my FILTHY car. Thought you guys might wanna see the resulting shiny 205!

Its not a perfect job but its the cleanest its ever been I am so pleased with how its turned out. Almost don't want to drive it for fear of getting it dirty!

Not sure if you intend on DIY or getting a pro involved, but price up new wheels with Peugeot first.

I got the wheels (on my profile) for my Scirocco brand new from a VW dealer for £96!

Nice wee motor. I had one that looked vitually the exact same as my first car. What a beast! Quick and handled so well. I do miss it from time to time. Dont see many nice ones about these days! My one was not the most reliable car ever but I still loved it!!

Look after it. It's a future classic!

Nice!

My chum Alex used to have a 205XS once apon time. We used to have great fun terrorising the roads of East Lothian in it, great cars.

He has a 205 Mi16 track slag now so who knows where it might take you....

have fun smile

Brings back memories of my old XS. Wicked little cars, especially when the second choke opened up. Great handling as well - shame I kept crashing mine.
Glad yours is still going strong.

What a cracking little 205! thumbup

It'll look spot on once that little matk on the bonnet and the wheels are freshly painted.

Get some pictures of it posted when you've got it all sorted. smile
