If it's any help, I have a 182 and have just filled it with Fuchs Titan Supersyn SL 5W/40. You might like to find Opieoilman on here who advises and supplies a wide range of oils. From reading his posts it seems there are lots of oils out there that claim to be fully synthetic but actually aren't. The Fuchs is one of the cheaper (real) fully synth oils. Anything less than about £6 per litre is almost certaily not fully synthetic even if it says it is. If you want a better/more expensive oil I suspect he would recommend Motul or Silkolene. If you track your car then go for the best oil you can.

TBH when I had my 172 I changed the oil every 6k and used semi. With that frequency of oil changes I don't think you need to use full.
