Hi all, wifes 306HDi is due a service (A) and I am diy ing it. Is there a simple way of resetting the service indicator on the clock or do I need to take it to a dealer (200mile round trip) for this apparently 30 second job.
Regards

The method is in the service/manual book thingy. I think you hold the reset odometer button in for 3 seconds with the ignition in stage one or something!?

Will find out for certain if you can't find it in the manual

Good luck, will be doing mine in the next week, then the cambelt and all the mashings the week after!

Place your finger upon button 2 the one closesest to the drivers side, push and hold the button, then turn the ignition so all the ignition lights come on then a countdown should appear from 10 in the mileage display, it will count down to zero, then switch off the ignition and relase the button

Thanks young sir, need to go looking for this button 2 now. Is that the trip button? Thinking from memory here as it's wifes car and I don't drive it that much.
