Yep, took a day to get the thing apart - including going to Halfrauds for a replacement fuel hose after I gave up and cut the bloody thing. It then took five minutes to fit the new filter and hose and another half a day to stop it from leakign fuel all over my drive.
Still, I know how to do it for next time, and I know the bolts won't be seized solid with 15 years of corrosion anymore!
