2003 Model.

Anyone fiddled with the radio in their clio? I havn't attacked the dash yet and I'm not inclined to do so really, but I want to know if there is an aux input lurking in their somewhere? I'd just like to run a stereo lead off of it so I can plug in an mp3 player or something. I don't want to majorly mod it or anything. Any ideas or places that might know?

There is an aux input but it normally has the cd changer connected to it. Small blue 9pin connector. It also uses a bus signal so you cant just plug an mp3 in, adapter is available at £50ish just cant remember where from though.

you can get a device for the i pod which sits on top of the pod and you just tune your radio in to 87.5 fm or similar and it transmits through the radio not sure if you can get this device for all mp3 players though

I've got the Dension Ice Link FM thingy in my 172, it works incredibly well you have the option of tuning the receiver to 3 different frequencies to suit the area you live in. I'm in the Midlands and 88.8 works well with no interference or static coming through, although driving in or near london does give a little interference.

Installed it in 5 minutes by plugging in a new adaptor to the Antenna lead and off it goes. About £99 from Halfords...
