DS7 Crossback (2021) - Antifreeze/Coolant

I need to top up the coolant in my DS7 (had it 2 months). Normally, this would not bother me. However, when Googling and looking up my reg on opie oils, halfords etc, it ALL comes back with Red coolant. The confusion is that it is DEFINITELY blue coolant in the coolant bottle (and I am definitely not looking at the washer bottle).

For anyone else who has a DS7, what is the right coolant? For now, I am going to get some blue and put it in, but I suspect it needs a full flush and refill?
