RS300 Trophy, RS monitor standard?

As title really, wife has recently bought a mk4 300 Trophy. All well apart from it was bought with RS Monitor, but can we/ I find the thing on the R-link. Sure ive seen the RS monitor is standard on the Trophy.
Ive got it registered on the R-link store that shows its installed, but cant see it anywhere on the actuall car. Anyone got any ideas?

Depends on the MY it became a £350 factory fitted option around mid 2021 in the UK! Then it was removed at build time the microchip & wiring loom to save money unless you factory specced it!

So if it had it on the original build it can be activated by the dealer otherwise its impossible to have if the microchip & wiring loom were removed. Go here type her VIN in will let you know if its possible or not:https://gb.rlinkstore.com/

If not after typing your VIN in then you can try contacting a main dealer they might be able to activate as long as the hardware is present.

Cheers for the reply, Its a 19 plate, so I believe it was standard not an option on the Trophy then.
Dont mind being corrected. Have registed her vin on https://gb.rlinkstore.com/ if we look at manage my apps its there.
Just cant find it on the car.

Yep you have it was still standard then. Try holding down the RS monitor button 15 secs I think resets the system. Look again. Otherwise download the thing from the URL its there somewhere you can even put it on a USB memory stick. IF still not showing up go to a main Renault dealer they should be able to get it to appear!

Yes it does come as standard on the Trophy but you may need to get it activated. There is a guy on the RenaultSport forums whom was able to activate mine for me when I brought mine (new) and it wasn't on there. Just needed to send him the VIN and he activated it - was up and running in 24 hours.

I wouldn't worry about it too much though - the RS Monitor on the Meg is pretty crap when compared to the Clio Trophy. You'll use it a couple of times and then never open it again!

Thanks all for suggestions, will get Renault to have a look for us as cant find the thing.
Think as suggested it need installing/activated.
