How to remove headlight on C4 Cactus?

Wife had a minor bump in her C4 Cactus '16 plate.

The headlight seems to have popped out of its housing and is now not sitting straight.

Does anybody know how to remove it? It looks like we just need to loosen it, reseat it and tighten it back in.

Or does anybody have a copy of the workshop manual? Seems to be impossible to find.
