1.5Dci 110 vs 1.6 120 BlueHdi reliability

I've had both engines in 3008 and 5008s; a 1.5 in the former, and a 1.6 in the latter. They do run different tunes in those cars though, with 129 and 120bhp respectively.
Zero issues with either in terms of reliability. I slightly preferred the power delivery of the 1.6, because I found the throttle a bit soggy in the 1.5 unless you pressed the Sports button, which then made it a bit binary and introduced a really fake noise to the cabin.
More recently I also had the 1.2 puretech in a 5008, which began suffering from the well-known cambelt delamination issue.
