Anyone know what this part is on Peugeot 3008 engine bay?

Girl I work with says this bit (circled in blue) in her first gen 3008 1.6 is rattling.

Any idea what it is and how to stop it rattling?

Its just a part that holds the air filter in place, it just pulls out, it probably just needs re-seating.
