Clio bumper size

We need a used bumper for a mk3 2008 clio.
On searching I've discovered that they come in two sizes 185 and 195. I know that you can find out by looking under the trim on the wing, but there are a lot for sale seperately and those selling don't know the size.
Are there any markings on the actual bumper that differentiate the two sizes
