They look to be the same fit from 2009-2020.
Even though the plastic moulding may look different, it will probably just click straight in.

Otherwise, google DS3 blades and pick a motor factor where you search parts from your registration plate.

Aftermarket blades usually come with a variety of fittings to cover most applications.

I wouldn't buy EBay "no-name" blades. Either go to a local motor factor or try here:

I've never had any problems finding blades for my DS3.
