RENAULT OE ALLOY WHEEL CENTRE CAP

Need some replacement centre caps for a mk3 Clio sport, it has OE platinum alloys as is one of the F1 editions from 2007.
Keep finding loads of options for centre caps, like the link here

But they dont appear to be platinum, thus wont match the alloys? anyone know the part number I'm after in this colour or where I can find them to purchase thanks.
