Can't renew digital services on R-Link

I've got a 2018 Megane GT that celebrated its 3rd birthday with all digital services, TomTom traffic etc. expiring.
I got messages to renew on the R-Link display but when I go to the web store, it just shows the expired packs and gives me no option to renew.
Bit frustrating as I'd already paid for a map extension and now don't get traffic alongside it and all the POIs just show as blue dots now.
I've been trying Waze which seemed OK but thinks that I haven't moved from a particular spot for weeks.
Anyone experiencing the same or, even better, managed to update/renew?
