Mate of mine has a 182 that's just knocking onto 200k, it's tracked a few times a year as well.

Belts and dephaser, plus normal maintenance should see the engines last. Gearboxes can be weak though.

80k is probably at the lower end of the scale for many of these.

Mine is on 36k wink

Hi

My 182 Cup has done 92k, I’ve done 54k of those in 11yrs, a lot of those miles have been quite hard on the car but it’s been pretty strong, never skimped on belts and oil changes and the engine has been fine, crankshaft pully deteriorated which could have been trouble but was caught in time!

It’s had water pumps with the cambelts too

Heater matrix leaked into the footwell

As mentioned the dephaser is something to check

If you upgrade the brakes it makes a huge difference and helps make the most of a great car

SLIGHTLY lowered springs and fresh dampers and maybe a rear anti roll bar

I’ve LOVED mine!

I had one with 120k miles and it was absolutely fantastic condition, no worries about it falling apart or anything daft.
