Long story short - a friend bought a house recently from an Executor sale. In the garage at the bottom of the garden he found a 1992 Peugeot 205 1.4 GR with 34,000 miles. It was covered in green and the last tax disc said 2012. He called the Executor who said the car was now his as he had bought the house with all fittings. We pulled it out and it's in good condition save for perished tyres and stale petrol. I found the tax book in the glove box and my friend gave me the car. Now I want to join an owners club and see how I can fettle it back to live another day - so where can I get best advice?

Although it's mainly for GTI's, there are a lot of knowledgable posters when it comes to non GTI models.

Thanks. Got it home yesterday. With a fresh battery and some petrol it drove onto the trailer. Nice project for the winter ahead.
