C4 cactus service light??

Hi,
I recently just purchased a citroen c4 cactus to the dislike of many I know but for my needs it's the perfect car for me.
However the service light on the dashboard is constantly on after start up doesn't disappear but no messages appear on the radio panel and theres no other warning sounds or lights anywhere else.. so I'm assuming that its just because it wants servicing
It has already got full service history and isn't due another until January so I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to turn this light off... not that its causing any issues just annoying draws my attention to it all the time
