Ds5 radio multimedia problem

Hi there new Ro rhos I have a Citroen ds5. 2013 the radio won't come on so I have no radio
Phone sat nav parking sensors camera the Citroen logo appears on screen so there is power going to it hope anyone can help thanks .

Does it work if you put a CD in??
