Clio 172/182 Euro spec headlights?
Discussion
I'm considering taking a job on the continent, and hence I'm thinking of exporting my UK-spec Clio 172 and registering it there. I could sell it on and buy a similar LHD car there, but prices of examples in similar condition are so much higher pretty much everywhere else in Europe.
My question is whether anybody knows if it's necessary to swap over the headlights to Euro spec units, or whether they could be adjusted in some way? If I do need to swap them, would I need to change them to Xenon units again, or would Halogen headlights also be compatible with the 172? I like the Xenon headlights a lot, but the price of Halogen units is so much lower.
Thanks for the help!

I bought lhd headlights in France for my Clio 200. Just recently it failed it's French mot on not having a left hand rear fog light. Due to the stricter mot.
The Clio 200 has the fog light on that side but not wired in. I managed to wire it up from the right hand side one.
You may need a certificate of conformity to register the car. That may depend if there is a type number in the section K on the uk V5. If it has the type number then you shouldn't meet a
