Megane drivers door open

Hi, can anyone please let me know what needs to be fixed/oiled/replaced. . . . I open drivers door,jump in and close door-no problem / I open from the inside,get out and shut door and it just bounces open? I have to open the outdoor handle and it will then close as normal. Thanks in advance
