Anyone with access to a Megane IV parts list?

Renault Megane IV GT. Above the rear passenger side wheel. When I open up the panel that gives me access to the bulb and boot socket wiring, I notice I have this... greasy oily brown spray on the inside of the chassis. Photos linked

If I poke the camera in and aim it at the wheel arch, there is a hole where I think a grommet should be.

I think the brown gunk is just built up road grime, a fine spray of water that has just been getting in then evaporating off since this side of the car is exposed to the sun, and there is a place for moisture to escape easily. If I poke through this hole.... .... I push against the wheel arch liner for the wheel arch. Any ideas what the part number for this stupid grommet is?



I don't enjoy asking a community questions like this with one post but I'm hoping someone may have some insight into this sodding part number. Measuring the hole isn't easy either, but I think it's around 21mm after getting some callipers in.
