2014 Clio Media Nav problem

I am attempting to update the Media Nav in my 2014 Clio.
I have the base software version of 4.0.6 and attempting to put the latest on - 4.1.0

Following the instructions given on t he Renault tool app and when I go to update (the last step) the Media Nav, nothing happens.. The status bar just stays still

any ideas/work arounds???
