Renault Specialists near West London/South Bucks? R26 Window

Does anyone know of a decent Renault specialist near High Wycombe/Uxbridge/Maidenhead etc?

Problem I am having: So I have a Megane R26, recently the passenger side window packed up. Looking at the forums it was suggested that the module was corroded and needed replacing so this was ordered and replaced, still no joy.

So my mechanic suggested I talk to an auto electrician who then suggested rewiring the window switches with relays but I would lose the one touch and safety feature. I'd rather get to the root cause of the problem and repair or replace the oem gear but this chap seems adamant that it is a poor design and he should rewire it.

Another odd issue that I am having is that the boot release is not working properly.It seems to unlock when the engine has been running for a few minutes but then if I go to the car in the morning will not release again, until the engine has been run for a few minutes when it just pops open without being asked.

Anyone know what could be the issue or if there is someone locally that could deal with it? Thanks
