2005 Clio Removing Heater Cover/Panel

Hello, the heater fan on my 2005 Clio 182 has stopped working. I'd like to get access to it to test it, but I can't work out how to remove the panel below the windscreen that covers it.

Has anyone done this before or have a guide that shows how to remove it. I can only see one exposed plastic screw. I tried turning it, but it doesn't seem to do anything.

I have a 172 which should be quite similar to your's. There are two clips on the side that you need to pull out and then lift off the scuttle panel from the front - it's in two halves. It helps if you remove the rubber trim first. There is a resistor unit that you may need to replace and they cost over £100 or try replacing the 30 amp green fuse in the engine fuse box first.
