Clio World Series (Mk3) - clicking noise when pulling off
Discussion
Recently after getting my dropped door fixed (maybe a coincidence), the car has developed an annoying clicking noise, which sounded initially to be coming from the driver door, but now it seems to be coming from the front two wheels.
I thought it may have been movement on the door but I've tried moving it up and down and it's fine with no movement (hinge plate moves a bit). Also tried putting the window down but there's no difference. It's more of a metallic clicking noise as opposed to a clunk and can be felt through the steering wheel occasionally.
I've read sticking brakes could be a potential issue (does coincide with a valet the car has had) and there is a little surface rust and a squeal, but oddly it does it occasionally turning a sharp corner. I've tried being a little rougher over speed bumps, with no noise?? No noise when coming to a stop either.
Doesn't seem to be suspension related either. Nor does it happen in reverse.
MOT passed two days ago with no issues.
Any ideas? It's driving me crazy...
