106 xad door card upgrade? Help.

Hi guys not sure if this has been done before or not. Looking to upgrade my small door cards to full door cards. 
( these are similar to mine apart from the door hasn't got the pre drilled hole by the door lock)
I'd like too fit full 106 ph2 door cards non electric. Is it as simple as just drilling a few holes???,
