I have a problem and wondered if anyone can point me in the general direction of the fault.

My girlfriend has a 206CC with a heater that doesn't work.

The LCD display lights up and displays what temperature the heater is set to and also what mode the fan is in but no air hot or cold comes out of the vents.

Is this likely to require a full heater replacement or could it be something simpler?

I'd start with the blower fuse and the blower resistor.

Can you hear the blower fan working? Its not unusual for the vent direction/diverter valves to fail on the rear of PSA heater control units.

There is a repair kit available but its a bit of an arse of a job to do. It can be done in situ but its fiddly given its location in the lower gizzards of the dashboard. Much easier to repair if out of the car...getting it out however is more involved.
