206 Difficult going into gear

What's the most likely case of a 206 hdi hard going into first and crunches going into reverse?
If the car is rolling like in traffic and I put it into first it slips in very well.
Could the linkages cause this or is it time for a new clutch it finds other gears well and no slip from clutch or noises cars done 111k

The clutch is not disengaging properly. I would expect that it's hydraulic operation so probably there is no adjustment possible in which case it's time for a new clutch (assuming that the hydraulics are all in order)
