C5 windscreen wipers.....:(

I own a 08 X7 exclusive. Driving home yesterday it started to spit just a bit, so put the wipers on for a quick wipe. Right one shot up, left didn't move. Right reached vertical then just wafted back n for the say 5 6 inches, left nada. Turned them off, right stayed up. Thought that maybe the left was stuck as I hadn't used them for a month or so, but no, I could move the left up n down albeit was stiff......

That will be either the control ECU or the motor.....get it on a Lexia and see which fault it is. Also, there was a RECALL on the wipers, worth checking with Citroen.

Yep will do, and the recall is for 09 onwards/

A "few" have had the same problem....so there is assistance about/post on the problem....
