106 Track Car Dash

I've had a cage put in and they've left the dash out.
It's a big old heavy thing, so I'm not fussed on putting it back in. Is there anything anyone can recommend to sort the front out without the dash? It needs to be road legal, but also for use on track and (maybe) hill climbs. I've had a look through the MOT and MSA regs but cant find anything (without wanting to self harm through absolute boredom)

Bloody good point / question... Apparently it's not a fail but a stupid thing to remove... that said, the heater is still there so (I'm guessing.. I don't have the car back yet) it's kind of capable of pushing warm air about the window.
