Peugeot partner 2004- seat removal

Hi all,

Just started doing carpet cleaning, im driving a 2004 combi peugeot partner. i need more space in the back and I need to remove the seats, how do I do that? i folded them but there seems no way that the pin will come out, it looks like its fixed, i'm not hitting it hard enough?

Any one? Looked the seats again and it looks like i need to angle grind them )
