106 Rallye Engine specialist recomendation

Good afternoon all. can i ask for a recommendation please. I have a S2 106 Rallye and i am looking for a good garage to work on the TU5J2 engine.
I am based on St albans so preferable within 50 Miles of London. I'm not looking for performance enhancements, just a good specialist garage which can give ongoing support on keeping things healthy.

If it's a bog standard unmodified model any small Peugeot/Citreon specialist should be able to service it,as long as they have Peugeot Planet/Lexia diag` kit.
Sorry I know of no one near you,my Peugeot boffin is in Reading Berks,probably too far for you just for routine servicing.
If it's been modified,how about these guys? http://www.pug1off.com/ bit of a drive but they look good.

I bought a 1.3 8V series 1 Rallye last year.
I was also having trouble finding a Peugeot specialist, but tracked down a garage with some good recommendations on the Honest John website:

I had them do a number of jobs on the car, including a complete rebuild of the head, new sump, cambelt and water pump etc; they are fairly priced, communicative and I got to pop in and have a good look at the car on the ramp etc.
It's the other side of London to you, but worth giving them a call if you struggle to find anyone local.

Peugeot Planet/Lexia really isn't needed on the 106's, the manegment systems very basic on it and the rest of the electrics are simple good old fashioned electrics that anyone who did even the first few weeks of GCSE electronics can get there heads around. Proper old school simple hot hatch to work on. Another one down your end although may be a bit further of your specified range is Sandy Brown he's one of the all time Legends for building those car's and engines. On the same level as Richard Longman and Skip Brown, all well known names in the PSA tuning world.

I am contemplating a throttle body setup and will likely use him.
The only challenge is that he is always busy!

Is Sandy Brown from the Skip Brown family?
When we ran a 205GTi in the Peugeot Rally Championship during 1990-93 we used a Skip Brown engine,infact all the top crews did.Got to know Dell Brown (Skip`s widow)very well,even stayed in her house.The engine shop was off limits though,like a top secret facility,we were not allowed anywhere near it.I can remember a young engine boffin,could that have been Sandy?
