I just wondered whether anyone had any experience of these front inserts/rear dampers?

I am thinking about getting a setup with -35mm Faulkner 155lb springs for my 1.3 8V 106 Rallye.

I have the slightly less agressive B8s and find them really good on the road. If you have FB then there is a rallye group and I am sure loads of people will be able to advise.
