clio 197 help

Hey hoping to get some help! My 197 needs more revs than it used to, to pull away and when i do the dash rattles! And sometimes it seems to have no power when warm, like it gets to 70ish and refuses to accelerate no matter what i do. But its not all the time, sometimes it will go fine. Im thinking clutch as its done 7 trackdays and is on 62k now. What do we think? Ta
