One of my ex girlfriends had one when it came out. Interesting engine, a bit mismatched to the CC though, in that it's got plenty of poke high in the rev range but is a bit flat down low, which is exacerbated by the weight of the car. It was a joy to rev though, and if you were careful not to engage the esp it was a decent steer too. Plenty of kit, oil temp sensor (yay!), etc.
Things to watch out for: the clockspring/stalk module was a bit sensitive, make sure the direction indicator returns to its neutral position. The window regulators and the system with the sensor in the handle that lowers the window just before you open the door can go wrong as well, so make sure that the system works as expected, ie the top of the window doesn't catch against the rubber strip on the roof. Check the rear LED light clusters as well. Other than that, anything that you'd watch out for on a used car.
