I'd always look at the tyre brand to see how well a car has been maintained. This appears to have Arrowspeed tyres. Not a brand I've heard of and they're not the usual Michelins or Goodyears that you'd see fitted to a hot hatch. Cheap tyres are usually a sign that the car has been maintained on a shoestring. That said, the history looks good according to the advert.
I think the red is the main issue though....
