Clio Warning light
Discussion
32 years working on Renault's and I've never come across that shape warning light!
It does appear to be an oil deterioration light that tells you the oil needs to be changed and should be reset in conjunction with the servicing of the car.
If there is no mention of resetting it in the hand book, then you will need a decent diagnostic tool to reset it in the engine management functions.

Assuming this is a Clio 3, If you scroll through the menus using the up-down button on the end of the wiper switch you will come that symbol and it should have 000000 (mileage) by it. This means that it is due for an oil change or service. To reset it hold the toggle switch in for about a minute or until it resets, it seems to take forever. It'll first display a line of dashes ------- don't let go of the switch until it changes to a mileage figure, 18000 if it's a petrol.
Thanks for info - usefully this warning light doesn't appear to be mentioned in handbook - and this light has come up - ironically just after I changed the oil - just bought a mk3 clio diesel - a bit disappointed I appear to have bought model that attracts £110 tax not £30 - however apart from that very pleased with driving experience and economy
