C2 HDI water and oil on the floor?

My girlfriends Citroen C2 1.4HDI has sprung a water and oil leak!

The water tank was emptied of water and oil has mixed, and 3/4 of the engine oil has leaked out and mixed with the water.

Car ticks over fine and starts and no strange noises

The car has just had a service around 1500 miles ago. And is on 115k

Please can anybody suggest something? The oil leak seems to be from the back, on the right hand side, lots of oil sprayed around, and oil/water as come out the water tank cap.

check the oil cooler, front of engine half way up next to the oil filter. ive seen the exhaust/turbo heat shields break then rub on the cooler until it leaks!
