Your be lucky ! Very very few survive as you describe. Nearly all will need inner / outer sill welding too and don't dismiss a clean lightly modified car, can all ways be put back to std.
Also the original spec " De Carbon" shock absorbers were poor when new, Konis are a very desirable / discrete improvement.

Hi buddy I have a completely original R5 that I am just about to put up for sale. It has ha dinner and outer sills sorted. The turbo has been reconditioned and I am in the process of doing the head gasket and changing the shells for next owner as a matter of course. I am an engine test and build specialist working for Mahle Powertrain (cosworth technology and Nissan R&D over the past 6 years. R5 is red, has 68,000 miles 11 months tax and MOT. Pm me if interested
